Team
Paradise Fitness and Jiu Jitsu owner Christian Yost has been training ever since he was 12 years old. He grew up amongst inspiring martial artists including his Black Belt older brother and various father figures. That passion carried through his life and brought him to teach full-time for several years. This journey helped Christian realize he wanted to open up an academy that offered a new type of experience. Christian’s dream came to fruition in June 2023 when he established Paradise Fitness and Jiu Jitsu in Destin, Florida. He continues to passionately instruct in order to share the gift and benefits of Jiu Jitsu.
